Dragons is a friendly, sociable and inclusive running club which welcomes new members whatever their ability or reason for running.

The club offers a wide range of runs of various distance and pace. Throughout the year, they also run a Couch to 5K programme for beginners.

They have members that run purely for social reasons, social members who enjoy walking and joining their varied social events, as well as members who run competitively in races from 5k to 50k. Everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace.

The club meets every Monday and Thursday ay 7pm and on Saturday mornings at 9.30am at Yeadon Cricket Club (behind The White Swan), High Street, Yeadon, LS19 7TA.
