Pudsey Runners are a thriving and friendly running club.
Whatever your running goal they will help you to achieve it, whether you are new to running and just want to get fitter or you are aiming for a specific goal such as a 5K, 10K, Half or Full marathon.
The club meet on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 6.15 for a 6.30 start at Pudsey Bowling, Running and Table Tennis Club.
For beginners they also have a regular 6-10 week programme which they hold several times a year to help you progress from hardly running or not running before to being able to run 5K or continuously for 30 minutes.
