The South Leeds Sisters are a friendly and sociable all female running group.
They cater for beginners and the more experienced runner, and always make sure that no one is ever left behind.

The group meet on Mondays for a coached session
Mondays at 6:15pm – coached beginner (2-3 miles) & improver (3-5 miles)
Meeting at John Charles Centre for Sport

They also offer social runs on:
Wednesday at 6:30pm meeting at John Charles
Thursday 6:00pm
Both runs meet at the Stadium Building reception, John Charles Centre for Sport, LS11 5DJ
