It has a mix of trail, road, inclines, and beautiful scenery.

Starting at the top of Post Hill in Pudsey. the route takes you though the entirety of Post Hill. This has a fairly steep start, but it is well worth the trek! Down alongside the Pudsey Beck, you dip out of a second onto Tong Road, before darting back into a new woods.

The second woods is Nan Whins Wood, or Sykes Wood. Although only a thin slither of woodland, it is bordered by fields either side and the views are incredible!

You are then taken across a number of fields, past Manor Farm, and down past Fulneck Golf Club.

The return journey sees you touch on the edge of Pudsey, running along Fulneck, onto Roker lane, then after a few more turns bac into Post Hill Woods.

Then it is a straight run back to the car park alongside the beck.
