This 10km (nearly) route takes you around the wonderful grounds and perimeter of Temple Newsam. It incorporates many trails and paths and there is lots of beautiful scenery to take in along the way. The route is slightly shorter than 10km, however there are plenty of opportunities to round it up by adding on a small lap around the many grass fields near the end. Starting and finishing at the Gatehouse car park this a lovely circular loop, however be warned that it certainly isn’t flat, but there are plenty of down hill sections to make up for the up hill. Just remember that what goes up, must come down…right?!
