The Raynville Rider
The Raynvilles provide a great challenge to any new or improving runner. Zig zag between the residential streets starting from Landseer Terrace working your way along to Kirkstall Avenue. The terrain gradually increases in gradient, pushing you through your paces.
Don’t want to run all of it? Try some Fartlek training with a run/sprint up the streets and then jog/walk recovery down them!
